DAY 37 :: Feb 6

Yummy! Venison Pasta Taco shells.
This recipe was so easy and so tasty!
All you need:
1 box jumbo pasta shells
1 lb venison
1 block chive and onion cream cheese
1 tsp chili powder
a pinch of salt
1 cup taco sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
1 small can black olives (optional)

Cook the pasta shells according the the box. Brown the Venison (or beef), strain fat (if any). Mix in cream cheese, chili powder and salt. Simmer about 5 min. Preheat oven to 350. Fill pasta shells with meat mixture. Arrange in 13 x 9 baking dish. Spoon/drizzle/cover shells with taco sauce. Cover and bake 15 min. Take out and cover with cheese (and olives). Cover and bake 15 more min. Enjoy.

Sorry this one is blurry. I was hungry. And I am pretty sure I need new glasses and a new phone.
