Now I just got lucky on this. Justin and I were just watching some TV and this was one of those random funny things adult swim ads.

DAY 38 :: Feb 7

Remember that perfect gift from Target. I went back for it today.

DAY 37 :: Feb 6

Yummy! Venison Pasta Taco shells.
This recipe was so easy and so tasty!
All you need:
1 box jumbo pasta shells
1 lb venison
1 block chive and onion cream cheese
1 tsp chili powder
a pinch of salt
1 cup taco sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
1 small can black olives (optional)

Cook the pasta shells according the the box. Brown the Venison (or beef), strain fat (if any). Mix in cream cheese, chili powder and salt. Simmer about 5 min. Preheat oven to 350. Fill pasta shells with meat mixture. Arrange in 13 x 9 baking dish. Spoon/drizzle/cover shells with taco sauce. Cover and bake 15 min. Take out and cover with cheese (and olives). Cover and bake 15 more min. Enjoy.

On Tuesday, I always go to a place I call Yarny and work on crafts. I needed to shift what I was doing at Yarny from deer for a little while and work on a baby afghan. Justin had this double deer waiting for me when I got home though. I like that he is on board with me.

I heard a rumor that Target had something that would make a really awesome valentine's present for Justin. So I went there to get it and they were all out. But I saw this while I was there and felt it might inspire me later this year.
